Mood Recovery IOP for Adults: Avon
Six-Week Program | 18 Sessions
Monday, Wednesday and Friday | 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
- Identify and change negative thought patterns
- Identify past traumas and their impact on mental health
- Learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques
- Reduce and manage the intensity of emotions
The PsychBC Mood Recovery IOP is designed specifically for adults who are struggling to cope with a mood disorder. Group sessions focus on learning healthy coping skills, how relationships impact our mental health, how our thoughts affect our mood, and ways to reduce symptoms and increase positive mood.
Sessions are led by Kimberley Hardy, LPCC-S, at the PsychBC Avon office, 1426 Center Road.
