Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday | 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

- Help for reducing and managing the intensity of emotions
The PsychBC Mood Recovery IOP is designed specifically for adults who are struggling to cope with a mood disorder. Group sessions focus on learning healthy coping skills, how relationships impact our mental health, how our thoughts affect our mood, and ways to reduce symptoms and increase positive mood.
