Mood Recovery IOP for Adults: North Olmsted

Six-Week Program | 18 Sessions 
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday | 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

  • Identify and change negative thought patterns
  • Develop relaxation and mindfulness techniques
  • Help for reducing and managing the intensity of emotions

The PsychBC Mood Recovery IOP is designed specifically for adults who are struggling to cope with a mood disorder. Group sessions focus on learning healthy coping skills, how relationships impact our mental health, how our thoughts affect our mood, and ways to reduce symptoms and increase positive mood.

Sessions are led by Cheryl Barker, PhD, and Christine Billick, PsyD, at the PsychBC North Olmsted office, 25111 Country Club Blvd., Suite 290.
