Group therapy is a form of treatment where a small group of people gather to share, talk and interact to discuss a common behavioral health concern and benefit from peer support. Sessions are facilitated by a therapist.
A psychodynamically oriented group that encourages members to develop and explore their relationships. Members work to increase awareness of recurring interpersonal patterns that affect their sense of self and relationships. For adults ages 24 to 64. Led by Pamela Nilsson, PhD.
