Melissa Wallace LPCC
Melissa Wallace earned her master's degree in mental health counseling from Boston College and her bachelor's degree in psychology from Miami University. She has experience working in community mental health services, providing counseling to children, families and adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. She also previously provided clinical case management services within a residential setting to adolescents presenting with extensive trauma, oppositional and defiant behaviors, and mood and anxiety disorders. With a special interest to work with adolescents and young adults, she is able to utilize training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to serve individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, relationship problems and adjustment issues.
