Rachel Held LPCC
Rachel Held has 10 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field working with the adult population. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Kentucky. She has experience working in inpatient, intensive outpatient, outpatient services and private practice, in addition to providing couples/marriage therapy. She specializes in substance use disorders/dual diagnosis and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in addition to being a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Her additional areas of interest also include couples/marriage counseling, grief, mood disorders and trauma. She uses evidence-based practices and treatment modalities, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Center Therapy. She provides therapy for individuals and couples ages 18-75 years old.
