Nadeja Wesley LCSW
Nadeja Wesley received her bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and her master's degree in social work from The University of Iowa. She has more than 15 years of experience providing therapeutic treatment to individuals and families. She has practiced clinically as a home-based therapist and within community agencies and community mental health centers. Her treatment approach is centered around a psychodynamic clinical framework that also specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed and harm reduction techniques. She is also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) interventions. Her specialties include gender and cultural identity, LGBTQI issues, HIV/AIDS and divorce.
