As a therapist, I am here to guide you in the healing process. I help you develop the self-confidence and clarity you need to achieve your goals and increase your self-awareness. More importantly, to become proactive, not reactive to challenges and stressors in your life.
I have more than 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings and offer an integrative approach using evidenced based therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
