Michelle Ferrant LISW-S
Michelle Ferrant is a licensed clinical social worker. She earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Northwestern State University and her master's degree in social work from Louisiana State University. She has more than 20 years of social service, case management and clinical experience. She has advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy for suicide (CBT-S), and also uses dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) in her practice. She currently provides individual and couples counseling to adults 18 to 65+. Her area of specialty include anxiety, depression, grief counseling, personality disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD) and women’s issues.
