Marideth Kates LCSW
Marideth Kates provides services for children, adolescents, young adults and families. She has extensive experience in autism spectrum evaluations as well as creating behavior modification plans and participating in case conferences for school-aged children. She has a strong emphasis on positive discipline and behavioral modifications. Throughout the school year, she conducts groups which include an adolescent girls' group and an autism spectrum social skills group. Group therapy for children in elementary school struggling with attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and/or social skills, divorce/family issues, anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors and parent/child issues are also available. She earned her master's degree in social work from the University of Southern Indiana and her bachelor's degree in psychology from Indiana State University.
