Kathryn Silver LCSW
Kathryn Silver is a licensed clinical social worker who has worked in the field of mental health for more than 15 years. She received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in social work from the University of Kentucky. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings with individuals, couples and families. Her specialty areas include depression, anxiety, stress management, communication, self-esteem, relationship issues, codependency, substance abuse and grief and loss. She uses a combination of treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused, client-centered and mindfulness in treatment.
