Kaira Gramley LPCC
Kaira Gramley received her master’s degree in counselor education with a specialization in clinical mental health counseling from The Ohio State University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from John Carroll University. She has 5 years of counseling experience in outpatient and private practice settings, particularly with parents and families in an intensive and systemic approach and is certified in multisystemic therapy (MST). She currently provides individual and couples counseling to adolescents and adults ages 10+. She approaches counseling using various techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and attachment-based therapy. Her areas of interest include relationship issues, parenting, stress management, self-esteem, mood disorders, and perfectionism.
