Jacqueline Countryman MD
Dr. Countryman is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in adult and child psychiatry. She has more than 15 years of experience in outpatient, residential, school-based and telepsychiatry. She has served as assistant professor of psychiatry at Wright State University and was active duty U. S. Air Force for nine years. She earned her undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University, graduating summa cum laude, and her medical degree from Albany Medical College. She completed her general psychiatry residency and child psychiatry fellowships at Wright State University. She is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
