Chrystal Bright LPCC-S
Chrystal Bright received her master's degree in community and agency counseling from Ohio University, where she also received her bachelor's degree in psychology. She is a licensed professional clinical counselor with a supervisory credential and has been working in the counseling field since 2001. She is a star behavioral health provider, serving members of the military and their families. She is trained in parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), which helps strengthen relationships between the child (ages 2.5 to 7) and parents by increasing positive behaviors, and in prolonged exposure therapy (PET), which addresses reducing post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms in adults. She is also a trained facilitator in the Girls Circle model of group for girls. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues in school or the home, self-esteem, military issues and self-harming behaviors.
