Chelsea McConaha LCSW
Chelsea McConaha is a licensed clinical social worker with training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Asbury University and practices with an emphasis on the strengths-based and client-centered therapy approaches. She has experience in outpatient, office-based and community mental health fields with a wide range of ages, demographics and needs. Her areas of focus include treatment of adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, mood disorders, anger management, attachment, conflict resolution and relationships through a wide variety of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). She also offers extensive experience in creative and expressive therapy interventions that integrate mediums such as art, writing and other unique forms of communication.
