PsychBC Community Relations Manager Alex D'Auria has been named one of Northeast Ohio's "Top 25 Under 35 Movers and Shakers" by the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, this region's largest and longest-running young professional group.
Award recipients are recognized as up-and-coming leaders in the Cleveland business community and for their civic engagement and philanthropic efforts.
At PsychBc, Alex is responsible for supervising the intake department and managing community outreach and education. She is spearheading the development of the PsychBC outcomes research program and a comprehensive communications program that includes the recent launch of the PsychBC Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
As a volunteer, Alex helps to coordinate community outreach and research for The New Foundation for Children. She manages all social media campaigns, speaks at parent support nights, helps develop research programs and assists with development projects. The New Foundation for Children is a non-profit collaborative initiative for parents, teachers and communities to cultivate important life skills in children.
"We are very proud that Alex has earned this prestigious distinction," commented PsychBC Managing Director Don Sykes. "Alex has a keen mind and superb analytical skills. She always sees the big picture and goes one step beyond in her work. But first and foremost is her compassion for her colleagues, our clinicians, and the patients and communities we serve."
