Adolescent IOP: Avon

Six-Week Program | 18 Sessions

Tuesday  | 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday | 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Parents join on Sunday

  • Expand self-awareness
  • Improve self-esteem
  • Develop internal and interpersonal resources
  • Identify strengths and challenges
  • Create a coping, resilience and self-regulation "toolbox"

An opportunity for adolescents ages 13 to 18 to learn how to function more effectively and feel better about themselves. The group experience focuses on strengths, practical skill building, valuing and understanding differences, and supporting a positive self-concept.

Sessions are led by Melissa Wheeler, LISW-S, and Kimberley Hardy, LPCC-S at the PsychBC Avon office, 1426 Center Road.
