Shira Fass PhD
Dr. Fass is a nationally published psychologist who specializes in anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in adults. She also has specialty experience working with pain management and issues associated with obesity. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Tel Aviv University, her master's degree in school psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and her doctoral degree from the University of Arizona. Dr. Fass did postdoctoral training at the Veterans' Center and the University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, where she focused on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and group therapy. She also served on the faculty of Prescott College and Pima Community College (Tucson), as a school psychologist in Sederot, Israel, and as a sergeant in the Israeli Defense Forces.
